Acceptance of Terms

Both trainers and candidates should agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions upon signing up or enrolling in a program.

Platform Use

Both parties must use the platform for lawful purposes and agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., for fraudulent activities or violating intellectual property rights).

Consent to Recording

Both trainers and candidates should be informed about the recording of sessions and agree to be recorded for educational purposes.

02 2. Candidate-Specific Terms

Eligibility

Confirm candidate's commitment to participating in the course/program depending upon the course.

03 Training Sessions & Batch Enrolment

Training Sessions

All sessions will be conducted as per the pre-scheduled dates and times. Candidates are expected to adhere to the schedule.

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to the participants in advance.

Batch Enrolment and Start Date

Candidates must start the training program within one month from the date of enrolment and must join the specific batch for which they were contacted, offered, or enrolled. Candidates cannot defer their enrolment to another batch beyond this period unless an exception is approved by the training provider in writing. Failure to start or join the designated batch within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the enrolment, and no refund will be provided.

04 Session Recordings

Recordings of the sessions will be provided for missed classes or for review purposes.

Prohibited: Participants are strictly prohibited from recording sessions themselves. If unauthorized recording is detected, the session will be immediately stopped, and no refunds will be issued.

05 Attendance, Doubts & Escalation

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is required. No extra classes will be conducted for missed sessions unless prior information and valid reasons are provided.

Doubts and queries can be addressed during scheduled doubt-clearing sessions or in the upcoming sessions.

Trainer Communication & Escalation

Candidates must not directly contact trainers for concerns or doubts. All queries and concerns must be communicated through the assigned Training Coordinator.

06 Credentials Usage

Login credentials provided to participants are strictly personal and must not be shared with anyone.

Sharing credentials will result in immediate suspension of the participant's account without a refund.

07 Payment Policy

Payment can be made through the payment methods provided and must be accompanied by proof of transaction if requested.

If payment is not completed within the specified time frame, access to the training program will be revoked immediately without notice.

Applied to Instalment Payment Schedule

First Payment: Candidates are required to make an initial payment of 50% of the total training fee before the start of the training program.

Subsequent Payments: The remaining training fee must be paid according to the payment instalment plan mutually agreed upon and communicated to the individual candidate at the time of enrolment. Each candidate is responsible for completing their payments within the agreed-upon due dates. Failure to make any instalment payment by the specified due date may result in suspension or termination of access to the training program until the outstanding payment is received.

Late Payment

Failure to make the second payment by the due date may result in suspension of training until the payment is received.

08 Refund Policy

Full Refund

Within a specific time frame: A full refund is granted if the participant cancels within a certain period (e.g., 5 days after the training starts).

Partial Refund

  • Last-minute cancellations: If a participant cancels close to the training date (e.g., within 48 hours), a partial refund (e.g., 50%) may be provided.
  • Incomplete attendance: If a participant attended only part of the training, they may receive a prorated refund.

No Refund

  • After training starts: Once the training starts, there will be no refund.
  • Downloadable content: If the training includes downloadable materials, refunds will not be available.

Transfer or Credit (Personal Emergencies only, with valid proof)

  • Course transfer: Instead of a refund, participants may be allowed to reschedule or transfer to a future session.
  • Credit option: Instead of a refund, the amount may be held as credit for future training.

Note: The stricter of overlapping refund clauses applies. Batch forfeiture and recording-violation clauses above override general refund eligibility.

09 Access to Course Content & Materials

Access to Course Content

Candidates retain right to access course content for 6 months barring lab access.

Training Materials

Training materials, if provided, are for personal use only and should not be reproduced or shared without prior consent.

The training provider retains copyright over all training materials.

10 Code of Conduct

Candidates must maintain professionalism and respect for trainers and fellow participants.

Sharing personal information with trainers or fellow participants is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may lead to immediate termination without a refund.

Any form of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or plagiarism will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

11 Certification

Certificates of completion will be provided to participants who meet the training requirements, including attendance, assessments, and active participation.

The certificate does not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes.

12 Technical Requirements

Participants must ensure they have the necessary technical setup (e.g., computer/laptop, internet connection, software) to attend sessions effectively.

The training provider is not responsible for issues arising from technical inadequacies on the participant's side.

13 Liability and Disclaimer

The training provider is not liable for the participant's inability to achieve specific outcomes, as success depends on individual effort and understanding.

14 Breach of Confidentiality and Contract

Candidates should not share any personal information or content that may be considered confidential or proprietary.

Sharing, disclosing, comparing, or discussing information related to an individual candidate's course fee, discounts, payment terms, personal details, or other confidential information with other candidates or individuals, where such disclosure may disrupt, negatively impact, or hamper the training program, will be considered a breach of contract. The training provider reserves the right to immediately remove the candidate from the training program and terminate their access to the course, without any refund, in addition to taking any further action deemed appropriate.

15 Cohort Training Sequence

Cohort Training Sequence

For Cohort programs, including the IAM Architect Cohort (Entra ID, CyberArk, and SailPoint IIQ) and IAM Engineer Cohort, the sequence of tool training may be subject to change based on trainer availability, candidate availability, scheduling requirements, and batch coordination. CyberXDelta reserves the right to modify the training sequence when required to ensure smooth delivery of the program.

Commencement of Tool Training After IAM Fundamentals

In Cohort programs, tool-specific training is generally scheduled to begin immediately after the completion of IAM Fundamentals. However, there may be a slight delay in commencing the tool training due to trainer availability, candidate availability, scheduling constraints, or other batch coordination requirements. Students are expected to accommodate reasonable schedule adjustments communicated by the training team.

16 Termination and Account Suspension

Conditions under which the platform may suspend or terminate a candidate's account (e.g., violation of terms or fraudulent activities).

By enrolling in the training program, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy.
